Hotel Group Rates prior to April 1, 2025:

Lakeview Grand Suite -King:  $188.00

The above rates are per room per night and subject to 5% lodging tax and 6.725% state tax & Resort Fee of $15 daily.

Check in/Check out:  Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. 
Luggage storage is available if needed for early arrivals and late departures. ​

Cancellation/Changes in Arrival/Departure dates: 

Must be received 96 (4 Days) hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Early departures will be charged the contracted nightly rate for the entire reserved stay.

Reimbursement

The Missouri Chapter will reimburse all medical students and residents/fellows a 1 night hotel stay.

• Must book through Camden on the Lake.

• Reimbursement rate will not exceed the group rate.

• An itemized Guest Folio from the hotel is required to claim reimbursement.  This is received when you check out.
