ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

 

TRAUMA ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS:  Use the COT Abstract Submission Form

​

• Abstracts should be submitted below with no more than 350 characters.

• Presenting author should be delineated clearly. Sponsoring author should be delineated with and asterisk (*).

• Subheadings should include: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.

• A single table or image may be included, and is not included in the word count.

• At least one author must be a member of the ACS.​​

• Presenters must complete a Disclosure Statement.

• Presentation details will be sent upon acceptance.
